A virtual card for online payments, funded before you pay

A virtual card spends money you loaded. RedotPay’s virtual card is 10 USD once, after KYC. A shop can still decline a crypto-linked card.

Short answer

A virtual card for online payments shows card numbers in an app. You spend a balance you loaded. It is not a credit line. On RedotPay the virtual card is 10 USD once, after identity checks. The payments page says it can be linked to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. A wallet or a merchant can still decline it. Checked on 24 October 2026.

A virtual card for online payments is a card number you can use before any plastic arrives. People search it with “free”, “instant”, and a country. The useful version of the answer is narrower: you load a balance, you pass whatever checks the issuer requires, and the merchant still decides.

RedotPay is one issuer that publishes this product. It is not the only virtual card, and a bank in your country may offer its own. This page describes RedotPay from its help center. It does not review every bank’s virtual Visa.

What you are getting

After the account is verified, RedotPay can issue a virtual card for 10 USD, charged once from the balance. The numbers live in the app. You can pay online with them. The payments article says a virtual card can be linked to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Whether the wallet in your country accepts that card is not guaranteed. The Apple Pay guide stays on that sentence.

The virtual card does not withdraw cash. Cash needs the physical card, which is 100 USD once, and only if delivery is allowed to your address. See how to convert USDT to cash.

The card terms name Visa for the Hong Kong and Singapore programmes. Newer help pages say major card networks. The app shows the programme you were issued. We do not promise that your virtual card will say Visa.

What the merchant sees

Where can I use my RedotPay card? (4 September 2026) says the card is accepted at 130 million+ merchants, online where major networks are accepted. The same page says some merchants block prepaid or crypto-linked cards. That second sentence is why a virtual card can fail at a shop that “accepts Visa” in general.

We will not say Netflix, ChatGPT, a game store, or any other named merchant will work. The merchant guide quotes the older customer-feedback page and the newer page that does not repeat those names.

Funding it

The card spends crypto you deposit. The services page (24 July 2026) lists USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, TRX, XRP, SUI, and S. Later articles add RLUSD, BCH, LTC, and GRAM. The networks article publishes minimums, including 1.00 USDT. A below-minimum deposit is not credited. A later deposit of the same asset on the same network can be combined and credited. Confirm the row in the app. Steps are in how to top up.

USDT or USDC is the usual balance for spending because those assets are meant to stay near one dollar. That is not a promise the peg holds. The ATM help page publishes a 1% crypto-conversion rate and does not say that rate applies to every online purchase. The fees guide keeps that limit visible.

Before you pay the 10 USD

US residents cannot be issued a card. Other countries appear on citizenship, location, issuance, or delivery lists. A missing name is not an approval. Read the country guide first.

Identity verification is required. There is no published path to a RedotPay virtual card without it. See crypto card no KYC.

If you are comparing this with a bank’s virtual card or another crypto card, use how to choose a crypto card. We do not copy those other fees.

Online checkout with the 10 USD card

The virtual card is the 10 USD issuance, charged once from the balance. The 5 USD sign-up reward is spending credit for 30 days and the reward page says it cannot pay card application fees. It does not make the virtual card free. Numbers live in the app, and the virtual card does not withdraw cash.

Use it where a major card network is accepted, and expect some checkouts to fail. The usage page dated 4 September 2026 names more than 130 million merchants and, in the same page, merchant blocks on prepaid or crypto-linked cards. A small test under 1.00 USD can fall under the small-authorization line: five free per card each month, then 0.2 USD.

Check What is published
Issuance 10 USD once
Reward Does not pay the application fee
Cash Not on the virtual card
Small test 0.2 USD after five free of 1.00 USD or less

Apple Pay. Subscriptions. Fees.

Issue the virtual card only after the app shows that a card is available for your account. PayCards cannot see the account or reverse the 10 USD.

FAQ

Is a virtual card the same as a credit card?
No. You spend a balance you loaded. RedotPay’s card terms do not describe a bank line of credit. If the balance is too low, the payment fails.
Can I get a RedotPay virtual card for free?
The issuance page we checked charges 10 USD once from the balance. The 5 USD sign-up reward cannot pay issuance or replacement. We did not find a free virtual card on RedotPay’s pages.
Will it work for every online shop?
No. The where-to-use article (4 September 2026) says 130 million+ merchants on major card networks, and that some merchants block prepaid or crypto-linked cards. We do not name a shop and promise approval. The merchant guide explains the Netflix and ChatGPT pages without treating them as a yes.
Can the virtual card get cash?
No. ATM withdrawals use the physical card. Ordering plastic is a separate 100 USD fee, and some addresses are blocked for delivery.
