RedotPay supported countries: the official block lists
RedotPay’s block lists for KYC, app access, and card issuance. US residents cannot get a card. A country that is missing is not approval.
Short answer
RedotPay does not publish a positive list of supported countries on the pages we checked. US residents cannot be issued a card, people located in the United States cannot open the app, and US citizens cannot finish KYC. Other countries are on those lists too. A missing name is not approval. Checked on 24 October 2026.
On this page
These pages are written for English readers outside the United States. Before you pay an issuance fee, the practical question is whether RedotPay will let you open the app, finish KYC, and issue a card. The pages we checked do not publish a “supported countries” list in the positive. They publish block lists. This guide copies them.
On 24 October 2026, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman were not on the citizenship, location, or card-issuance lists. India was not on the citizenship or location lists, and it was on the card-issuance list, so Indian residents are ineligible for a card. Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, and Ukraine were on the location list. A missing name is not an approval, and local law can still restrict a crypto card.
Crypto cards may be illegal where you live even when the name is missing below. Check local rules yourself. This is a reading of the company’s pages, not a legal opinion.

Citizenships that cannot finish verification
If you are a citizen of a listed place, you cannot complete identity verification or use the service. RedotPay says the list follows local rules and sanctions policy and can change. The United States is on it. Source (page update: 28 August 2026).

How to read the lists
- Citizenship. The unsupported countries article (28 August 2026) says a citizen of a listed place cannot complete KYC or use the service. The United States is on it.
- Location. The location article (28 August 2026) says that if you are located in a listed place, you cannot access the app. The United States is on it. Tanzania is on it and is not on the citizenship list.
- Card issuance. The issuance article (28 August 2026) says residents of the listed areas are ineligible for a virtual card and a physical card. The United States, India, Indonesia, Morocco, Nepal, Singapore, and Turkey are on it.
- Delivery. The delivery article (21 July 2026) is about shipping plastic. Egypt, Tunisia, and Palestine are on that list and are not on the issuance page we checked. Do not treat that gap as a promise that a virtual card will work.
North Macedonia and Zimbabwe are on the citizenship list and are not on the delivery list we copied. Use each page for the rule it states.
Searches for Algeria, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan are common. None of those three names is on the four lists we checked on 24 October 2026. Egypt is on the delivery list and not on the issuance list we checked. Iraq is on the citizenship, location, issuance, and delivery lists. Absence is not approval, and a name on a list is a block. We are not publishing a “RedotPay works in …” page for any of them. When an address is allowed to receive plastic, timing is in the delivery guide.
If you need the card for cash
ATM withdrawal needs the physical card. If the address is on the delivery list, do not pay 100 USD in order to withdraw cash. The virtual card does not withdraw. Fees for cards that do ship are in the ATM guide.
Before you tap signup
- Find your citizenship on the verification list and your shipping address on the delivery list.
- Stop if the invite page or the app rejects the document country or the address.
- Do not pay 10 USD (virtual) or 100 USD (physical) until the app shows the order as available. The fee table has the sources.
- Read the law where you live. Company acceptance is not local permission.
Account steps, after that check, are in the referral code guide.
What “supported” should mean in a review
A review that says RedotPay “works worldwide” or “works in the US” is ahead of the company’s own pages. Those pages say US residents cannot be issued a card, people located in the United States cannot open the app, and US citizens cannot finish KYC. If RedotPay edits an article, the date on their page will move, and we will move the date on this one after we re-read it.
