How to top up RedotPay with USDT or USDC
Match the Deposit network. The help center publishes minimums, including 1.00 USDT. A later same-asset deposit can be combined.
Short answer
Copy the USDT or USDC deposit address and the network shown in the RedotPay app, and send on that same network. The help center publishes a minimums table, including 1.00 USDT on each listed network. A deposit under the minimum is not credited. A later deposit of the same asset on the same network can be combined and credited. Confirm the row in the app. Checked on 25 October 2026.
On this page
Topping up RedotPay is a crypto transfer into the app, not a card top-up at a shop. The mistake that costs money is the network. This page quotes the deposit article, the services list, and the published minimums image. The row in the app still wins if it differs.

What you can send
RedotPay services and features (24 July 2026) lists BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, S, SUI, TRX, XRP, USDT, and USDC.
Later announcements add assets that list does not name:
- RLUSD. $RLUSD is now live (29 May 2026): deposit and spend from 2 June 2026, 4:00 PM (UTC+8). Withdrawal from 9 June 2026, 4:00 PM (UTC+8).
- BCH and LTC. BCH and LTC (both 25 June 2026): deposit from 26 June 2026, 4:00 PM (UTC+8); spend from 30 June 2026, 4:00 PM (UTC+8); withdrawal from 15 July 2026, 4:00 PM (UTC+8).
- GRAM. On 27 July 2026 RedotPay said TON is converted to GRAM, and that GRAM can be added and spent. Post.
Networks and minimum deposits
Supported cryptocurrencies, networks, and minimum deposits (21 July 2026) publishes this table as an image. Names on the image are supported for a deposit only when the Deposit screen offers that network for that coin.
| Asset | Networks on the image | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| USDT | ERC-20, BEP-20, opBNB, TRC20, Solana, TON, Arbitrum One | 1.00 USDT |
| USDC | ERC-20, BEP-20, Polygon, Solana, Sonic, Base, Arbitrum One, SUI | 1.00 USDC |
| BTC | The screen in the app | 0.0001 BTC |
| ETH | ERC-20, BEP-20 | 0.001 ETH |
| SOL | The screen in the app | 0.01 SOL |
| S | The screen in the app | 1 S |
| TRX | The screen in the app | 1 TRX |
| TON | The screen in the app | 0.1 TON |
| XRP | The screen in the app | 0.1 XRP |
| BNB | The screen in the app | 0.001 BNB |
| SUI | The screen in the app | 0.1 SUI |
Read from the image on Supported cryptocurrencies, networks, and minimum deposits (page date 21 July 2026), checked on 25 October 2026. The USDT and USDC minimum applies on each named network. The image still lists TON at 0.1. On 27 July 2026 RedotPay said TON was converted to GRAM. The image has no minimum for RLUSD, BCH, LTC, or GRAM. Confirm the row on the Deposit screen before you send.
USDT and USDC are the usual spending balances because they are meant to stay near one dollar. BTC can move between the deposit and the purchase. That is a reason to choose a stablecoin, not a promise about the peg.
The rule that matters
The network you select on the exchange must be the network on the RedotPay deposit screen. An address is only an address on the network it was created for. A transfer on a different network is the case the help page does not describe as combinable. Treat it as funds you may not get back. Send a small test only after you have matched the network, not instead of matching it.
Steps
In RedotPay
- Open the app and the wallet.
- Tap Deposit.
- Choose the asset, for example USDT.
- Choose a network from the list the app shows. If a network is missing, it is not an option for this deposit.
- Copy the address, or use the QR code.
- Read the minimum on that screen. The help page says the deposit must meet the minimum after network fees or it will not be credited.
On the exchange or wallet you send from
- Choose Withdraw for the same asset.
- Paste the RedotPay address.
- Select the same network name. Similar names are not the same network.
- Read the network fee the sender will deduct.
- Check that what remains after that fee is still at or above the RedotPay minimum.
- Confirm with the sender’s own security prompt.
If the amount is short
The deposit article says a deposit below the minimum is not credited. A later deposit of the same asset on the same network can be combined with it and then credited. The public minimums are the image above. The rescue is not described as working across networks. RLUSD, BCH, LTC, and GRAM are not on that image, so their minimum is the one on the Deposit screen.
While you wait
The transfer needs network confirmations before the balance updates. The help page we checked does not publish a confirmation count for each network. Timing depends on the network and on congestion. Look at the transaction hash on the sender’s side if the app is still empty, and do not send a second transfer on a different network to “speed it up”.
After the balance arrives, the next question is how to spend USDT.
After the balance shows
Issuing the virtual card costs 10 USD from that balance. The 5 USD spending reward cannot pay the fee. Details and sources are on the fees page. Moving money back out — a bank in EUR or GBP, an on-chain withdrawal, PayPal, or P2P — is a different set of pages, collected in the withdrawal guide. If you have not created the account yet, enter the referral code during signup, not after. See the referral guide.
Binance Pay
Binance Pay top-ups to RedotPay ended effective 3 April 2026. That date is in Binance’s announcement. Cointelegraph’s report of the dispute gives the same cutoff.
How do I deposit crypto to my RedotPay account? (28 July 2026) is a crypto withdrawal from your own wallet or exchange to the address in the app. It uses USDT-TRC20 as its worked example, and it says that network is for USDT only. It does not mention Binance Pay. Use the deposit address and the network on the Deposit screen.
Country eligibility is separate from a successful deposit. US residents cannot be issued a card. The country lists have the sources.
