RedotPay fees: what the help center actually lists

RedotPay fees from official help pages: 10 USD virtual, 100 USD physical, ATM rates, FX notes, merchant fees, and lines that are not published.

Published Updated 5 min read

Short answer

Virtual issuance is 10 USD once. Physical issuance is 100 USD once. The standard card has no monthly fee. Section 2 of the limitations chart lists 1% for crypto conversion and 1.2% for another currency as general transaction fees. A USD-card ATM fee is 2% then 3%. A small transaction is 0.2 USD after 5 free, and a decline is 0.5 USD after 3 free. Confirm the amount in the app. Checked on 25 October 2026.

“RedotPay fees” is the search that should be answered with a table, not a slogan. The numbers below are copied from RedotPay’s help center. They were checked on 25 October 2026. If the app shows a different amount, trust the app. We change this page when we re-check the sources, not when a fee blog elsewhere publishes a figure.

Four kinds of cost

  1. Once: issuing the virtual or physical card.
  2. When you spend: crypto conversion at 1%, and 1.2% when the currency is not the card currency. Both are general transaction fees in section 2, Transactions, of the limitations chart.
  3. Cash: ATM withdrawals, physical card only.
  4. Outside RedotPay: the network fee on a deposit, and a fee the ATM operator adds.

Fee table

Figures checked on against the official RedotPay pages linked under the table. The amount shown in the app before you confirm is the final reference, because fees change.

Virtual card issuance

10 USD, once

Charged from your balance when the card is issued. The 5 USD reward cannot pay this fee.

Physical card issuance

100 USD, once

The in-app button shows “Apply for card • 100 USD”. Paying confirms the order, and the help page says it cannot be cancelled.

Physical card shipping

Standard mail waived on the chart; DHL at checkout

The order article (30 July 2026) names the 100 USD fee and does not list postage. The fees table on the limitations chart (page updated 24 July 2026) labels Standard Mail as waived and DHL Express as varying by country, calculated at checkout, and that fees table is marked effective from 1 December 2025. The limits table on the same page has no date of its own. The delivery-time article (22 July 2026) says DHL is usually 3–10 days and StandardMail usually 5–30 days. The checkout amount is the one charged.

Monthly or annual fee on the standard card

None

RedotPay says it does not charge a management fee or a monthly or annual fee. RedotPay Pro is optional and separate.

Transaction in the card currency

No fee

As shown in the table on the ATM withdrawal page.

Transaction in another currency

1.2%

The 1% crypto-conversion fee and the 1.2% fee for a transaction in a currency other than the card currency are general transaction fees. They are in section 2, Transactions, of the limitations and fees chart (page updated 24 July 2026), not an ATM-only line. Compare the amount debited in the app.

Crypto conversion

1%

The 1% crypto-conversion fee and the 1.2% fee for a transaction in a currency other than the card currency are general transaction fees. They are in section 2, Transactions, of the limitations and fees chart (page updated 24 July 2026), not an ATM-only line. Compare the amount debited in the app.

Small transaction

0.2 USD after 5 free

On the fees table of the limitations chart (the image is marked effective from 1 December 2025): the first 5 transactions per card each month of 1.00 USD or less are waived, then 0.2 USD. That is a small authorization, not a decline fee.

Declined transaction

0.5 USD after 3 free

The same table waives the first 3 declined transactions per card each month, then 0.5 USD. Examples: insufficient balance, frozen card, lost card, incorrect card information. The list is not exhaustive. A separate page says the purchase amount of a truly declined transaction is not charged, and a pending hold is usually released in 2 to 5 days.

ATM withdrawal — USD card

2% up to 10,000 USD a month, then 3%

The higher rate applies to the amount above 10,000 USD in the month. The ATM operator’s fee is separate.

ATM withdrawal — HKD card

2%

RedotPay’s withdrawal fee. The machine operator may add a fee shown on its screen.

Selected merchants

1.5%, minimum 0.50 USD

The first 3 eligible transactions per card in each calendar month are waived. The counter resets on the 1st at 00:00 UTC. Current list: Gulf Health Counsel, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Brawl Stars, eFootball, Facebook Ads, Discord.

Virtual card replacement

5 USD the first time, then 10 USD

At least 31 days between replacements. Rewards cannot pay this fee. The card number stays; CVV and expiry change.

Physical card replacement

No figure on the replacement page we checked

The published replacement page is about the virtual card. Check the offer in the app before you confirm.

General spend and withdrawal caps

100,000 USD per transaction, 1,000,000 USD a day

Both columns on the limitations chart show those spend caps. That limits table has no date of its own; the chart page was updated on 24 July 2026. The line “effective from 1 December 2025” belongs to the fees table, not these caps. ATM caps are separate: 3,750 USD or 23,000 HKD a day, and 50,000 USD or 75,000 HKD a month, with a note that some USD cards are 3,000 a day and 10,000 a month. Withdrawals are limited to 3 a day and 30 a month. The limit you set in the app can be lower.

Sign-up reward

5 USD, spending only

Valid for 30 days from receipt. It can be used for purchases after the card is active. It cannot pay issuance or replacement fees.

RedotPay Pro monthly (optional)

12.90 USD each month

Non-refundable. One-time waiver of the virtual card fee (10 USD), plus 3% back on Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases up to 18 USD a month.

RedotPay Pro annual (optional)

129 USD a year

Non-refundable. One-time waiver of the physical card fee (100 USD), the same cashback up to 18 USD, and a waiver of RedotPay ATM fees on up to 1,000 USD a month. ATM-operator fees are not included.

The physical replacement fee is still missing from the replacement page we checked, so that cell stays a sentence. The 0.2 USD small-transaction line and the 0.5 USD decline line are now in the table above, from the same chart image. Spend caps and postage stay in the limits guide, the declined-payment guide, and the delivery guide. ATM detail is in the ATM guide. Country blocks are in the country guide.

How to read the main lines

Issuance

The virtual card is 10 USD once, taken from the balance. The issuance article (27 July 2026) says the 5 USD reward cannot pay it. A separate page says the purchase fee is not credited back to the account. The physical card is 100 USD once. The in-app control is labeled “Apply for card • 100 USD”, and the physical-card article (30 July 2026) says payment confirms the order and it cannot be cancelled. Those steps name the 100 USD fee and do not list postage. The limitations chart does: standard mail is marked waived, and DHL is calculated at checkout. The day counts are in the delivery guide.

Monthly fee

The inactivity article (28 July 2026) says there is no management fee and no monthly or annual fee on the standard card. The 5 USD reward lasts 30 days. Pro is a separate subscription.

Conversion and foreign currency

Section 2, Transactions, of RedotPay card limitations and fees (page updated 24 July 2026) lists the 1% and 1.2% rates as general transaction fees, not as ATM-only lines:

  • A transaction in the card currency: no extra fee on the ATM article (27 July 2026).
  • A transaction in another currency: 1.2%, in section 2 of the limitations chart.
  • Crypto conversion: 1%, in the same section.

Compare the debit in the app with the merchant’s price. The same fees table on that chart, marked effective from 1 December 2025, also shows 0.2 USD after the first 5 transactions per card each month of 1.00 USD or less, and 0.5 USD after the first 3 declined transactions per card each month.

If a foreign terminal offers to convert the amount for you, that is a second layer, on top of whatever RedotPay charges. Decline it when you can and let the card currency do the conversion.

ATM

Physical card only. USD card: 2% up to 10,000 USD in a month, then 3% on the amount above that. HKD card: 2%. The ATM operator can add a fee on the machine. Full steps are in the ATM guide.

Selected merchants

1.5%, minimum 0.50 USD. The first three eligible transactions per card each calendar month are waived. The counter resets on the 1st at 00:00 UTC. The list on the merchant-fee article (3 September 2026) is Gulf Health Counsel, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Brawl Stars, eFootball, Facebook Ads, and Discord. Google Ads is not on the list.

Replacement

Virtual replacement is 5 USD the first time, then 10 USD, with at least 31 days between replacements. Rewards cannot pay it. The PAN stays; CVV and expiry change. Replacement article (24 July 2026). The physical replacement fee was not on that page.

RedotPay Pro

Optional and non-refundable. Getting started with RedotPay Pro (4 September 2026):

  • Monthly, 12.90 USD: a one-time waiver of the 10 USD virtual fee, and 3% back on Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases up to 18 USD a month. The cashback is spend-only and expires after 30 days. The monthly plan does not waive the physical card.
  • Annual, 129 USD: a one-time waiver of the 100 USD physical fee, the same cashback cap, and a waiver of RedotPay’s own ATM fees on up to 1,000 USD a month. Operator fees are excluded. Where Earn exists, the annual plan adds 1% APY on the first 1,000,000 equivalent. We are not repeating Earn rules beyond that sentence, because availability depends on the account.

A bank prepaid Visa is a different product. The crypto-card version of that search is prepaid Visa card online.

A way to estimate a month

Add three things you can see, and leave out anything the table marks as unpublished:

  • Issuance, once, divided by the months you expect to use the card.
  • The 1% conversion fee or the 1.2% other-currency fee when that is how you pay. Both are general transaction fees.
  • ATM withdrawals times the USD or HKD rate, plus any operator fee on the screen.
  • Deposit network fees, which are not RedotPay’s.

Then open the app and compare. A blog total that ignores the in-app quote is the wrong total.

FAQ

Does RedotPay charge a monthly fee?
Not on the standard card. The help page says RedotPay does not charge a management fee or a monthly or annual fee. RedotPay Pro is optional and non-refundable: 12.90 USD a month or 129 USD a year.
Is the network fee a RedotPay fee?
No. The blockchain fee is charged by the network when you send crypto, and the exchange you send from deducts it. RedotPay’s fees are the ones in the table on this page.
Does the 5 USD reward pay the card fee?
No. The sign-up reward is spending credit for 30 days after you receive it. It cannot pay issuance or replacement. It is a welcome reward for new accounts, not a discount unlocked by a referral code.
Is Google Ads on the 1.5% merchant list?
No. The published list we checked names Gulf Health Counsel, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Brawl Stars, eFootball, Facebook Ads, and Discord. Google Ads is not on that list. Do not assume the 1.5% line applies to it.

Note: PayCards is independent and is not part of RedotPay. Fees, limits, and country rules change, so confirm them in the official app before you pay. Crypto can lose value. This page is education, not financial advice. Links to RedotPay are referral links.
