RedotPay Send: crypto in, local currency out
RedotPay Send turns crypto into local currency for a personal bank or e-wallet. Fees and limits are on the Send screen. Not a business payout.
Short answer
RedotPay Send converts crypto in your balance, except USDs, into local currency and pays a personal bank account or e-wallet. Business accounts are not supported. The help pages do not print one fee or one limit: both appear before you confirm. A promo code, if you have one, discounts the fee only.
On this page
RedotPay Send is the in-app way to turn crypto into local currency for someone else. It is not an ATM withdrawal, and it is not the EUR or GBP bank withdrawal. Checked on 25 October 2026.
What the help center says it does
Common questions about international transfer (21 July 2026) says you turn crypto such as USDT, USDC, or BTC into local currency and send it to a bank account or an e-wallet.
You can use any crypto in the RedotPay balance except USDs. USDs stay inside the app. That limit is the same article.
How to send crypto and receive local currency (22 July 2026) is the short path:
- Open the app and go to Send.
- Select the currency and enter the amount.
- Choose a saved recipient, or add one with their account details.
- Review and confirm.
Minimum and maximum amounts vary by currency. The page says you see the limits on screen. It does not print them. Processing time depends on the receiving method, the currency, and the destination. The estimate is on screen before you confirm. We are not replacing that estimate with a number.
Personal accounts only
Both pages say transfers go to personal accounts. Business accounts are not supported. You can send to someone else’s personal account. If the details are invalid, the transfer fails and the funds return to your RedotPay balance. If the account exists but you typed it wrong, contact the recipient’s bank. Once funds reach a valid account, RedotPay says it cannot reverse them. A processed transfer cannot be cancelled.
The received amount can differ from the estimate because the rate is live. Confirm locks the rate for that transfer.
Fees, without a number we did not see
The FAQ says the fee depends on the currency and the receiving method. Tap Send, choose the currency, and the fee and the amount the recipient gets are on screen. Most local networks, and the page names Pix, SPEI, and SEPA, usually do not add an extra charge. For USD via SWIFT, the recipient’s bank or an intermediary may deduct a handling fee, so the recipient can get less.
That is not a fee table. If a blog quotes one percent for every Send corridor, it is not quoting this page. Compare the screen.
A separate page, Who processes my transfer, and are there any additional bank fees? (21 October 2026), says a partner bank or payment provider processes the transfer, and an intermediary or the recipient’s bank may deduct fees. The withdrawal guide keeps that next to the EUR and GBP path.
Currencies RedotPay has named
The help articles above do not print a full currency list. RedotPay’s own posts do name some additions. Treat them as announcements, then check Send:
- 23 July 2026: COP, TND, and QAR. Post. Crypto in, local currency to a bank or e-wallet.
- 11 August 2026: the post says 30+ currencies, to a bank account, a mobile wallet, email, or another RedotPay user. Post. “Near-instant” and “competitive fees” in that post are not a measured time or a percentage. The help page’s on-screen estimate is the figure to use.
- 12 August 2026: OMR, PEN, and JOD. Post.
A currency missing from this paragraph can still be in the app. A currency named here can also leave the app. The screen decides.
The promo code is not the signup code
How do I use a promo code?, checked on 25 October 2026, is about Send:
- The discount applies to the fee only, up to 20 USD. The fee can drop to 0. The amount you send does not change.
- You can use someone else’s code on your first send. You cannot use your own. Each code works once unless the offer on the screen says otherwise.
- In the app: Send, then “Have a promo code?”, then the code. The updated fee shows in the fee section.
- After your first send in a supported currency the page names — EUR, GBP, USD, MYR, BRL, PKR, AED, THB, INR — your own code appears on the order details. If a new sender uses it and completes a first transfer, you get a fee discount up to 20 USD. A transfer that is processing, cancelled, or unsuccessful does not pay that discount.
- Unused discounts expire when the campaign ends. The Send page shows whether one is still valid.
The code yj8cq on this site is a signup referral code. It is not this promo code. The difference is on the referral page.
What Send is not
The card cannot push cash through Wise, Revolut, Skrill, bKash, or URPAY. That is a different help page, quoted in the withdrawal guide. On-chain USDT to your own wallet is Withdraw, not Send. ATM cash needs the physical card. Deposit networks, including the published minimums, are in how to top up.
US residents are not served by the card. Send does not create an exception the country pages did not write. See supported countries.
