RedotPay ATM withdrawal: fees, cards, and limits
RedotPay ATM fees for the USD and HKD physical cards, the operator fee the company does not waive, and why the virtual card cannot withdraw cash.
Short answer
Cash withdrawals use the physical card at ATMs that support major card networks. A USD card is 2% up to 10,000 USD a month, then 3% above that. An HKD card is 2%. The ATM operator’s fee is separate. The virtual card does not withdraw. Checked on 24 October 2026.
ATM cash is usually the expensive way to use a RedotPay card, and it is the reason some people order plastic. This page only uses what RedotPay has published: which card withdraws, what the company charges, and what the machine may add.

Which card withdraws
The ATM article (27 July 2026) is about the physical card, at ATMs that support major card networks. The virtual card does not withdraw cash. Ordering plastic is a 100 USD issuance fee. The limitations chart marks standard mail as waived and DHL as calculated at checkout. See the fees guide and the delivery guide.
Shipping is also a country question. If your address is on the delivery block list, the plastic card is the wrong product to buy for cash. US residents are ineligible for a card at all. The country guide copies the lists.
The published rates
From the same ATM page:
| Situation | Published rate |
|---|---|
| USD card, ATM withdrawal | 2% up to 10,000 USD in the month, then 3% on the amount above 10,000 USD |
| HKD card, ATM withdrawal | 2% |
| Transaction in the card currency | No fee |
| Transaction in another currency | 1.2% |
| Crypto conversion | 1% |
The 3% band applies to the slice above 10,000 USD, not as a new rate on the whole month. The 1.2% and 1% rates in that ATM table are the same general transaction fees in section 2, Transactions, of the limitations chart. They are not ATM-only. Compare the debit in the app.
The limitations chart publishes ATM caps that are not one number for every card. They are in the limits guide. The limit in your app can be lower, and that figure is the one that applies. How long the plastic takes, when the address is allowed, is in the delivery guide.
The machine can add its own fee. It should appear on the screen before you confirm. That fee is not RedotPay’s.
What annual Pro waives
Getting started with RedotPay Pro (4 September 2026) says the annual plan (129 USD, non-refundable) waives RedotPay ATM fees on up to 1,000 USD a month. It does not waive the ATM operator’s fee. Above 1,000 USD, RedotPay’s normal rate applies. The monthly plan (12.90 USD) waives the virtual card fee once. It does not waive the physical card, and it is not the plan that carries the ATM waiver.

A withdrawal, in order
- Confirm the address can receive plastic. If it cannot, stop.
- Finish verification, then pay the 100 USD issuance fee only when the app shows the order.
- When the card arrives, activate it in the app.
- Deposit enough for the cash plus RedotPay’s percentage. The top-up guide covers the network match.
- At the ATM, read the operator fee before you accept. Decline dynamic currency conversion if the machine offers to convert for you and you would rather use the card currency.
- In the app, compare cash received with the amount that left the balance.
RedotPay does not issue a card to US residents, and the app does not open if you are located in the United States. In any other country, check the published lists and the app. A missing name is not approval. Country lists
The 5 USD sign-up reward does not pay the physical card and is not a cash withdrawal. It is spending credit for 30 days. Source on the fees page.
