Short answer

Production usually takes 10–15 business days, longer on public holidays. After that, DHL Express is usually 3–10 days and StandardMail usually 5–30 days. The limitations chart labels standard mail as waived and DHL as calculated at checkout. You can pay online with the virtual card as soon as you order the physical one. Checked on 24 October 2026.

“RedotPay physical card delivery time” has an official answer in days, and a separate answer about whether your address is allowed to receive a card at all. Checked on 24 October 2026.

The ranges RedotPay publishes

Why hasn’t my physical card been shipped yet? (22 July 2026):

  1. If the card was frozen or reported lost during production, production may be paused. Unfreeze it or clear the report. Production resumes when the status is normal again.
  2. Check in-app notifications and email for an address problem. In the app: Card → Update now. Include the full street name and house number.
  3. Production typically takes 10–15 business days. Public holidays can extend that.

How long does card delivery take? (22 July 2026), after the card has shipped:

  • DHL Express: usually 3–10 days. Track it on DHL with the tracking number.
  • StandardMail: usually 5–30 days, with possible delays from customs or other local factors. Track it on 17track.
  • If tracking does not move for a long time, contact support in the RedotPay app.

Add the two stages if you want a planning range: production, then one of those delivery windows. That sum is not a promise. The articles say “typically” and “usually”.

Can I make payments before my RedotPay physical card arrives? (21 July 2026) says yes. As soon as you order the physical card, you can use it online as a virtual card. Online subscriptions do not have to wait for the envelope. ATM cash does. The virtual card does not withdraw.

What you pay to ship it

How do I get a physical card? (30 July 2026) says the fee is 100 USD, payment confirms the order, and it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Billing and shipping addresses must be in English. The name printed on the card cannot be changed. That article does not price postage.

The chart on RedotPay Card Limitations & Fees (page updated 24 July 2026) does:

  • Standard Mail: Waived. Delivery time may vary by destination.
  • DHL Express: varies by country. The exact shipping fee is calculated at checkout from the address.

“Waived” is what the chart prints next to standard mail. It is not a sentence that every shipment is free. If checkout shows a DHL price, that price is the one you pay. The fees table keeps the 100 USD issuance line next to this postage line so the two are not mixed.

When the address is not allowed

Timing articles assume a card can be sent. Card delivery restrictions (21 July 2026) is a block list. Egypt, Tunisia, and Palestine are on it. So are other places copied in the country guide, including the United States. A name missing from that list is not approval. Do not pay 100 USD to test a blocked address.

Issuance is a different list. A resident who cannot be issued a card never reaches the delivery clock. Morocco is on the issuance list. Read that page before you read the day counts.

Before you pay 100 USD for plastic

The delivery-restriction page dated 21 July 2026 is a block list for shipping the physical card. Egypt, Tunisia, and Palestine are on it. A name that is missing, including countries readers often search, is not a promise of a delivery date. Issuance of the virtual card is a separate question and a separate 10 USD fee.

Where an address can receive the card, the timing articles describe production of about 10 to 15 business days, then DHL often 3 to 10 days and standard mail often 5 to 30 days. Standard mail is marked waived on the limitations chart and DHL is calculated at checkout. The amount on the order screen is what is charged. This page does not say the card is legal in any country.

Delivery list Egypt, Tunisia, Palestine are named
Virtual card 10 USD, separate issuance list
Production About 10 to 15 business days where shipping is allowed
DHL Priced at checkout

Countries. Limits. Fees.

ATM fees apply only after the plastic works at a machine that accepts the network. Those rates, and the chart’s ATM caps, are in the ATM guide and the limits guide.
