What we cannot do
PayCards is not RedotPay. We cannot open your account or fix a deposit, a failed KYC check, or a transaction. For that, use RedotPay’s support inside the app.
Security: we will never ask for your password, a one-time code, or a wallet seed phrase. A message that does is not from us.
